Loong 2160 VTOL

The Foxtech Loong 2160 VTOL is a cost-effective, reliable, and high-performing drone designed specifically for mapping. The frame is made from EPO and reinforced by carbon tubes that are of high tensile strength and low weight.  With its aerodynamic shape and a wingspan of 2160mm and a fuselage of 1200mm, it is both durable and portable, weighing only 1kg.To further reinforce the drone, the belly is protected by a wear-proof PVC layer, and the wings are covered with a layer of high-strength Aluminum-plastic Film.

The drone features a "4+1" motor design that includes 4 VTOL motors and 1 fixed-wing motor, allowing for space-efficient VTOL and fast-speed fixed wing task performance with a powerful propulsion system. It can withstand wind speeds of 5.5m/s-7.9m/s(12.5mph-17.5mph), making it possible to perform aerial tasks in various complex situations.
Loong is equipped with a neat wiring layout in the camera cabin, making it easy to configure the camera without any tangled wires. The ESC for fixed-wing mode is mounted outside for better heat dissipation. A metal buckle is installed in the center of gravity position to prevent loosening and make it easier to locate CG.

The biggest highlight of the Loong is its quick-assemble design, allowing for easy assembly without the need for any tools, which helps shorten preparation time for each flight. Some of the cameras we recommend for mapping jobs include Map-01, Map-A7R, 3DM V3, or Argus V2 3D Modeling Oblique Camera.
